Inspired from South Africa and PROMIS Group have formed PROMIS Solutions AG to support the global roll-out of Enterprise Value Architect Netmodeler (EVA)

Zug, May 26, 2008 – After several successful years of operations in South Africa, EMEA, North America and Australasia, Inspired and the PROMIS Group have created a new company, PROMIS Solutions AG, which brings together their respective skills, experience, products and services in order to deliver a new solution in the area of sustainable Enterprise Architecture. Enterprise Value Architect Netmodeler (EVA Netmodeler) combines proven EA methodology with a collaborative enterprise modelling suite and enabling consulting as a powerful solution for enterprises looking for manageable and well defined, strategic EA solutions.
The resulting advantages for the customer are the main driver behind the creation of the new entity.
Mike Ater, former COO of Agilense from Washington, D.C. was appointed as CEO of PROMIS Solutions. Mike adds his understanding of North America, as well as many decades of experience, to lead PROMIS Solutions to provide value to customers and stakeholders while delivering profitability to shareholders. Graham McLeod, founder of Inspired and CTO of PROMIS Solutions will continue to architect EVA Netmodeler to ensure that it continues to flourish and receive high recognition from customers, partners, the market and analysts. Florian Krueger, former President of the PROMIS Group, will be President of PROMIS Solutions and chair the Board of Directors. Florian will also spearhead the PROMIS Partner program to ensure the global delivery and support of EVA Netmodeler and enabling consulting through a worldwide network of partners.

The biggest Swiss IT fair will open its doors from the 20th until the 23rd of May 2008. For the first time, PROMIS will participate with an own booth. We do not only present the software BPA/EAM and BPM solutions distributed by the PROMIS Group but also our own IP and solutions.
