For each service area, we have developed a structured methodology which covers the full lifecycle, that is, from getting early management buy-in to implementation and operational roll-out. We provide templates for all service phases which can be easily adapted to our customer’s needs.  We are committed to fully supporting the tools that our customer wants or selects, but we are also happy to recommend tools, such as EVA Netmodeler which is a highly flexible and yet easy-to-use tool. We have built a set of solutions in EVA for recurring customer requirements such as Business Continuity management, “best practice” SOA, process and documentation management for the Pharma sector, etc.
