PROMIS offers a Modelling Standards Definition Workshop to assist organisations to lay the foundation for developing comprehensive enterprise modelling. The Workshop examines organisational business strategy and growth objectives, as well as the processes, communications, information, technology, and resources that support the strategies and objectives. The Workshop provides guidance through the process of identification of "Real Life Objects", and offers advice on how to:

• select the basic modelling language
• map objects to the modelling language's object library
• define any necessary customization

EA Reporting and Data Workshop

In recognition of the growing interest in Enterprise Architecture Modelling and Business Process Analysis, which are becoming standard techniques in many companies, many of our clients are requesting assistance in the area of information identification, extraction and capture. We can provide a Workshop which enables our clients to develop frameworks for to support tool independent, comprehensive reporting and connectivity.

Business Process Modelling

We provide training and education aimed at providing a thorough understanding of the concepts, principles and techniques of business analysis including Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Our training covers a number of modelling concepts including:

Mentoring and Support

PROMIS has created a special consulting offering which normally consists of about providing 1-2 days per month ongoing support over a period of 6-12 months following the conclusion of our Modelling Standards Workshop. These consulting days are normally held on our client's site and we are typically asked to review the models and information created by our client's business architects. Our consultants will help to align these models and associated information with the agreed modelling standards and we also provide insight into alternative analysis and presentation/reporting methods based on our consultants' experience gained from many different types of modelling projects.

The overall goal of this service is to ensure correct and meaningful models are produced to agreed modelling standards however we also make every effort to increase the modelling skills of the business architects.
