Content Browser

This Browser provides a rapid way of viewing content in a “read only” fashion and provides for automatic retrieval of linked content such as web pages, documents, presentation files etc.  If we select an Item Type of Project and use the expansion icon we can see a list of all current projects. Selecting the Active Pricing project shows all the content we have for this project.  We can see that there a series of presentations icons on the far left of the top content pane. If we hover over the first presentation icon we see the content pop-up as “Overview Presentation” which we can see in the viewing window.  The second icon from the left links to a Word doc and the third and fourth icons provide for Excel spreadsheets.  Click on an icon and select Open and the document will open in the viewing pane (providing your Browser has been configured to do this).  Select the Report Browser tab.
